Just for you

We've tried to think of everything, so you
have a great time when you come.

Already booked?

If you’ve got questions about accommodation and activities at Alltnacriche, you’re probably not the first person to ask. We’ve gathered together some questions… and answers… that might just help.

What are the accommodation and facilities like?
The main house has all the sleeping accommodation, lounge, dining facilities and kitchen. The sports block has our games gallery, full equipped sports hall, a couple of rooms for seminars, and our drying room. It is open from 08:30am – 10:45pm.  The music room is a well kitted out, flexible space which can be used for activities, ceilidhs, training seminars and meetings. There is a sound desk, PA system, digital piano and data projector installed and available for your use.

Is bed linen provided?
Yes, we provide duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet. A limited number of cots / small mattresses are available – and a couple of high chairs for the wee people. Remember to bring your towels.

When should we arrive and depart?
For weekend groups we welcome guests after 5:00pm on Friday, and ask that the premises are vacated no later than 3:00pm on Sunday. We can sometimes be flexible depending on other bookings – please ask.

What about cleaning?
Please leave the centre clean and tidy – it makes all the difference. While at the centre and particularly on your day of departure, please vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep / mop non-carpeted areas and empty bins. We’ll provide a quick guide  to what needs done. Centre staff will service toilets and shower areas during your stay.

We are self-catering for the weekend. How does it work?
Food is a key part of the your event and the kitchen is well equipped and will be fully checked and cleaned prior to your arrival. We ask that you nominate a chief cook who will be responsible for the catering arrangements. We recommend that they have completed food hygiene training. A kitchen induction will be provided on your arrival. If you order food deliveries online, please book a slot after your arrival time.

Do we have to book instructor led activities?
No, we will provide a basic level of instructed activities on site as part of your rate. Should you wish us to provide more activity sessions, these can be booked in advance.  We will also provide inductions into self led activities. Find out more about ACTIVITIES.
