3Is bed linen provided?
Yes, we provide duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase and fitted sheet. A limited number of cots / small mattresses are available – and a couple of high chairs for the wee people. Please remember to bring your own towels.
4When should we arrive and depart?
For weekend groups we welcome guests after 5:00pm on Friday, and ask that the premises are vacated no later than 3:00pm on Sunday. We can sometimes be flexible depending on other bookings – please ask. We can often also be flexible for midweek bookings and will be happy to discuss your arrival and departure times directly depending on your booking – again please get in touch.
5What about cleaning?
Please leave the centre clean and tidy – it makes all the difference. We’ll provide a quick guide to what needs done and it usually takes a group of 10 people under 30 minutes to complete.
6We are self-catering, how does it work?
Food is a key part of the your event and the kitchen is well equipped and will be fully checked and cleaned prior to your arrival. We ask that you nominate a chief cook who will be responsible for the catering arrangements. We recommend that they have completed food hygiene training. A kitchen induction will be provided on your arrival. If you order food deliveries online, please book a slot after your arrival time.
7Can we stay without booking instructor led activities?
Yes! Venue hire includes access to self-led activities at Alltnacriche and we are happy to provide an induction if you would like to try these. However, you can make your stay what you would like it to be - the site also works well for conferences, church weekends and training events and if you do not require an instructor then we will not charge for one. If you are interested in booking instructed activity sessions, these can be added to your booking in advance of your stay. Find out more about booking our activities HERE.
